Arborist: not enough attention paid to trees
Recent news:
| • | Stan completed his two year term as president of the ISA-Atlantic Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture and recently returned from Chicago where he delivered a paper “Planning a New Approach for Street Tree Planting” at the ISA international world tree conference. |
| • | Peggy Kochanoff’s fourth book; “You Can Be A Nature Detective” published by Mountain Press is being reprinted and a sequel to the book will be published soon. |
| • | Stan spent 5 weeks working as a volunteer at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. He was selected as Dalhousie University’s alumnus of the month and featured in the spring newsletter. See Stan’s 2010 Vancouver Olympics Journey |
| • | Stan in now working as a volunteer for the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax |
